I attended on a Thursday afternoon to sample the burger and Kirkstall Brewery beer deal. It was very quiet at the time. The meal arrived promptly and was fine, if a little messy, but that is the style nowadays. It is a nice place with a good selection of beers and good music, but they allow people to reserve tables which, along with the slightly snobby Horsforth clientele, gives the place an air of exclusivity. Went to a kids Halloween party here, wouldn't be my usual choice of pub I guess, but the beers, food and entertainment were really good. Happily go back and check this out on a regular day.

Fantastic pub with an excellent food and drink selection. Such a great, welcoming atmosphere, appropriate for all ages and all walks of life. The wide selection of events and family-friendly atmosphere give it a real community feel, something which I feel Horsforth has been missing. Cannot recommend this pub enough.
