We had to stop off after a trip to Blackpool, arrived around 18:30. Ordered at the machine for 2 adults and 2 children. Didn't get our food til around 19:15. Multiple people complaining about the service to the point of one gent shouting at the manager for how poor the service was. Kids running riot without parents. At one point I had to shout at a little boy for threatening to throw his drink over my 6 y/o neice, no parent in sight! The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.Kid-friendliness: DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

Ordered in the app for collection at the pickup bays, waited more than 15 minutes before having to go in and find where our order was as the app said it had been delivered. Our order hadn't even begun to be picked (nothing special or bespoke was ordered) the assistant manager who I was speaking with just looked blankly through me and the after saying it's on its way, he walked off in the opposite direction. Over 25 minutes before I got the cold food.

Customer service especially at the Drive-in ordering quiet bad. The person on the speaker taking the order needs to be trained properly in customer care, Cultural appropriation and be provided with Good Info on the food(Halal,veg,vegan, ingredients) they are selling.

Terrible customer service the girl on the drive-thru service hatch didn't even give me eye contact and didn't say a word before handing me my food whilst looking away. This was at 14.26 on Sat 23rd Sept 2023. All I can say is shocking and made me feel undervalued.Fries also very cold!

After queing in the drive through for 25 mins to set off with a cold wrap of the day bbq , two portions of cold fries , a big Mac, which didn't have gerkins on or sauce , but instead had two lots of ketchup and no onions , must of been for a 5 year old , best part was leaving .Parking: No parking , people park like wild animals , just anywhere they want to

I've rewritten my original review because it used to be fine here, however for the last few visits the service was painfully slow (even when there is hardly anyone waiting), and the food is not exactly lovingly prepared.
