I've rewritten my original review because it used to be fine here, however for the last few visits the service was painfully slow (even when there is hardly anyone waiting), and the food is not exactly lovingly prepared.
Worst experience of this McDonald's in a long time. Leeds Road branch is a lot better. McSpicy was either overcooked or had been sat for a while and bun was bordering on burnt. Fries were cold. Only thing to recommend was the hot chocolate. It used to be better but lately standards have slipped. You can't please everybody I guess and today it was obviously my turn ?

Customer service especially at the Drive-in ordering quiet bad. The person on the speaker taking the order needs to be trained properly in customer care, Cultural appropriation and be provided with Good Info on the food(Halal,veg,vegan, ingredients) they are selling.
