Usually love this place. Never eaten but the pizzas do look great. On our last visit we left after waiting 25 minutes to be served for a chap to rock up at the bar right next to us and get served immediately. It wasn't busy at the time. We left to get drinks elsewhere but we will try again in the future as every other time we've visited we've had a good time.

A new one since I/we were last in Huddersfield which we noticed coming back from The Sportsman. Good selection of real ale, great space. Will come back.

I had a fantastic night for my 30th Birthday at Williams Beer & Gin House! We booked out the downstairs area, which we were allowed to have privately to ourselves (a party of around 20 people) for the evening. The staff were awesome, very accommodating and helpful. The majority of us also ordered pizzas as the kitchen was open until 9, and the pizzas were lovely! Despite the venue being busy overall (clearly a popular place), the staff did a great job in continuously serving us drinks and food promptly. I would highly recommend this place, both for casual drinks on a night out, or for booking for an event. Thanks to Lucas especially for his efforts in helping to organise the evening.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian pizza!

Great atmosphere on a matchday. Great selection of beers on cask and keg. Plenty of room also, one pool table upstairs and i think 2 or 3 downstairs. More seating downstairs too and they show all the sports throughout. £1 per game of pool. They also have wood fired pizza which could be bought by the slice. It looked great but I didn't try it.
