I love greggs and use different stores all the time but the ilkley branch is absolute nonsense. Nothing out, staff standing dimly in the way, slow moving service with long queues regardless of time of day

This was a great store to grab a snack from during the July 2022 heatwave, where I was served quickly by a lady! She was friendly and I enjoyed a quality custard donut for only around £1, however the stock was running too low here for a variety of options.

Visited this Greggs for the first time and I have to say very poor customer service from the lady who served me, I was especially shocked because she was the manager! I forgot my discount card and asked her to type the code because that is what the Greggs I work in does however she cut me off and snapped saying she couldn’t allow it, she didn’t give me a chance to speak. Will not be visiting again I felt very disrespected.
