The expansion of the self serve checkouts has severely degraded the Customer Service at this store, however there are still a couple of staff who seem to care.I called in to pick up Spider-Man 2 on PS5 and it wasn't even on the shelf (this was at about 10.30 and the store had been open for Hours), the Supervisor was literally falling over herself to help me unlike the rest of the Team.

Ordered a microwave / kettle to collect that was advertised as 'ready for collection' on Sunday 24th after 1PM. Original order was placed on Sep 19th.Went down to the store after work on the 24th at 5pm, no items were there. The server notified me that sometimes the delivery comes later that evening and I should get a text.It is now Wednesday the 27th, no text or email still and I am on currently on hold for 20+ mins to try and get through to the customer service department. Poor communication and lack of service.

Asda delivery is terrible you pay packing and delivery they get it wrong regularly don’t know why it’s not difficult to pack a trolley delivery drivers are first class as for the packers absolutely rubbish ?

I have waited for 35mins at the click and collect in Asda. The staff who works there serving other Ubers staff who's coming after me. I asked him that where is my order? He told me that he won't serve me and to cancel my order. The staff name is Mohammed who works at click and collect department.

Went to self serve , paid but did not pick receipt up that fell on floor, all 3 staff were stood in a group chatting , I went out of main doors towards where cash machines are and one of the group of three (the male) grabbed my arm and said that I had not paid for my items , so i took him back to the self serve i paid on and low and behold my receipt was on the floor, so i said if you did the job you were getting paid for instead of chatting you would have noticed that I had paid. No apology, what a surprise.

Massive store.Has a very large 'Home Range' available and clothes section.Pharmacy located inside the store too.Lots of parking and also the store is adjacent to a petrol station that is 'pay at the pump' so this is handy and time saving.
