Booked this ad hoc on visit to mother in law who lives here. They had previously had coffee here but never dinner. So glad we made the choice! Fabulously flavourful food and in a sharing style which adds to conviviality. You can tell the ingredients they use are top notch and authentic also. Chorizo second to none and frankly, squeezing huge bulbs of freshly roasted garlic into a baked camembert was heaven. The in laws enjoyed both soups- best French Onion ever tasted apparently. Also, the wine wad apparently great quality (I don't drink but the others lapped up 2 bottles of the Chianti!) Service was very friendly, down to earth and efficient and there is a nice, cozy unpretentious vibe. We were very impressed and think you may have some new regulars! Thank you.

We ate two dinners here with drinks. The decor firstly is one of the best I have seen in any pub establishment, both indoors and outdoors excellent taste and style. Food is good in every respect and service is excellent, clearly aiming to be friendly and high quality and successfully so. Must also mention very good Timothy Taylor beer obviously. Recommended.

I'd eat here every day if I could afford it. This is the fist time I have been in a while as you normally don't cook the beef how I like and there is more meat in service station sandwich. we ordered food from here and i must say, we were very impressed. food took a while to come but it was a friday night and they were very busy which, is always a good sign and they didn’t disappoint. food was hot and fresh and had amazing flavours. The only bit of criticism i have is that the curries don't come with a choice of chips, rice or chippatti’s and we normally would have 3 each with a curry as we dont have rice or chips. it wouldn’t usually be an issue as i don’t mind paying for them only they were really expensive at £1.10 each. if we would of ordered them seperate it would of been £6.60 just for chippatti’s which is close to the amount for a main dish. normally they range between 40p -60p if you order at most other indian takeaways. thats the only thing i would change, other than that the food was fab and so was the service

The landlady is the most friendly and wonderful woman. I absolutely love this small but very wonderful pub in the centre of Keighley I had my wedding and it was not scheduled. There was no booking in advance and she brought out a glass of prosecco for me. She was so friendly. The fire was lit. What a wonderful atmosphere. I have been a few times before, which is why I wanted to end my ceremony at this very wonderful and beautiful place. Long live the bolt makers arms!

We visited here on a whim and the lovely owner managed to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday and thank god she did! This place is so lovely and cosy, the drinks are incredible and the food was amazing. Our servers were on point and always checking in, tidying the table as we got through plates and so attentive. It’s a shame we live so far away otherwise this would be a weekly thing for us - will definitely be back whenever we are in Haworth next!!
