Ordered in-Store at 6.09pm and food didn't get handed to us until 6.50pm or thereabouts (Photo proof attached to this Review). Staff were too busy chatting and socialising to remember we were sat waiting.Pizza was stone cold and inedible.Customer Service from the Business itself was almost as bad.Use one of the many other Pizza places in the area rather than this bunch.

Went in and ordered a pizza in this store which should have been 20 minutes. 40 minutes later we were given it like warm.The shop wouldn't entertain the complaint which was made as I didn't order it online!!!!

Got pizza wrong, rang up and accused me of lying. Refused to bring another and then I rang a second time asking again. They said they would bring another - guess what, they brought the wrong Pizza again!! Bad management!!

Dominos let down by staff that can't follow simple customisation instructions that their systems even go to the trouble of printing in CAPITAL LETTERS. Thanks for ruining pizza night.

The pizzas are nice just seem very expensive I'd never pay full price if promotion wasn't on. It's card only in-store as well.

My pizza came soggy and the delivery driver handed me the pizza on its side so all the toppings were all over the box then gave me attitude do not order from this place you will regret it

The pizza was white it was that undercooked.Horrible representation of the dominos brand.The app showed the order going from baking to collect and i joked i need a QC on my pizza, the pizza clearly needed a QC.Sort it out.

Missing starter, no answer on the phone, 2 missing toppings, let's face it £60 for a bit of bread is a fair sum and I expect to get what I've paid for...and then some!

Woman working behind counter was amazing with customer service and treat us well. She deserves a raise for sure. Amazing pizza, PERFECTLY cooked. Went the extra mile to make us enjoy our visit! Will come again and recommend to friends, hopefully she’s working when we come!

So the last time I ordered Domino's from Bingley, they were without a doubt the worst pizzas we had ever eaten. Absolute undercooked slop. The base reminded me of a tear and share brioiche it was that undercooked and the topping was nothing but a mixture of grease and cold stale meat. Both my wife and I felt absolutely sick to our stomachs after forcing a few slices down just to try and fill a hole. It's been a few months since then, we figured we'd let bygones by bygones and tried it instead, from Keighley Dominos. Worst decision we've made since ordering the last one. Undercooked raw tomato-pasted slop, once again. Never in my life will I ever order a Domino's again - either supervisors aren't taking their eyeballs off of social media on their phones and letting people walk in off the street to make the pizzas or staff are being trained by home-made YouTube tutorials. There is NO love in Dominos pizzas anymore.Honestly, ignore all the other reviews, save your money and order some good old fashioned Italian pizza from a proper Pizzeria.
