Fish Masala is fantastic, same taste as i am eating in Punjab, Pakistan ? but in jimmy style there is more chips and less fish & donner ?

Called to ask if they did chicken and chips . Old man very rudely spoke and said ‘ no no we’re closed now ok bye.’ And then continued to put the phone down without giving me a chance to respond. I called at 02.20 , takeaway closes at 3am. Ridiculous tone and etiquette of speaking. Learn how to respect your customers you wouldn’t want to be spoken in that manner and customers are what keeps your takeaway running.

Avoid this place like the plague. Disgusting food, customer and delivery service. Tried to return food that was delivered cold only for a black unknown male exiting the takeaway threatening my daughters. Please do not use this takeaway.

food arrived really late and cold, when asked them to replace food, laughed in our faces and started saying they was all the manager, then refused to give us food, saying cant be cold. they all got people from back to come out and intimidate us. appalling!!!
Masala fish is very good, i felt the naan wasnt fresh though. Chilli sauce is way too chilly spoils the taste of the masala fish.

I always used to use Eastern Taste during the night all the time and they have just lied to me and refused to serve me but I have witnessed them making food and serving other customers, this stinks and is unacceptable and unforgivable and they have lost me as a customer, I am not a racist but I witnessed Asian people being served! Also they are losing out on many customers and lots of money from people who are coming out of the night club! This is bad business sense because I remember when they were open until 5am!!!
