Ordered through uber eats and spent over £45 23/10,dropped off by 2 men in a car...bag not sealed and was split at the bottom.Majority of order was missing.I won't eat what was there due to the state it arrived in as it looked like its been tampered with.KFC keighley not answering the phone line either.

Appalling! Ordered online delivery for the first time, never again! Arrived in good time, but that's the only positive thing I can say. Several missing items, incorrect items sent, cold food, literally thrown in the bag, dry scabby chicken and chips and overall disappointing!

Ordered kfc. Had 3 bits of hair in my kfc. 2 hair in my mini fillets and one in my Teriyaki dipped bites. Nearly vomited. Had to throw the rest of my meal. Would not be ordering again.

I always seem to be missing half my order on ubereats, can’t even contact them as they don’t pick up their phones. Really bad service avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off.

The food is awful. The staff are rude and don't know what customer service is. The staff just stand talking behind the counter. One member of staff let a cat in the store. How ridiculous. Won't return again.

I recently placed an order at KFC Keighley with high hopes, enticed by their promise of a swift delivery within 10-20 minutes. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.First and foremost, the biggest letdown was the delivery time. The initial estimation of 10-20 minutes turned into an excruciating wait of over 1 hour and 25 minutes. This delay not only left us hungry and irritable but also completely disrupted our plans for the evening. The lack of communication from KFC regarding the delay only added to our frustration.Upon finally receiving our order, the disappointment continued. The food arrived cold, as if it had been sitting around for a considerable amount of time. The crispy fried chicken that I had been eagerly anticipating was now disappointingly soggy and unappetizing. It's clear that the extended delivery time had a significant impact on the quality of the food.To make matters worse, our order was incomplete. We were missing the sauces that are an essential part of the KFC experience. It's baffling how such a basic oversight could occur, especially when paying for a complete meal.Even the side of chips, which should have been a staple in our order, was noticeably scarce. The portion was incredibly small, leaving us feeling like an afterthought rather than valued customers.Overall, my experience with KFC Keighley was extremely disappointing. The excessively long delivery time, coupled with cold food, missing sauces, and a paltry serving of chips, made this meal far from enjoyable. I had hoped to indulge in a satisfying KFC meal, but instead, I was left with a sense of frustration and regret.I sincerely hope that KFC Keighley takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving their delivery service and overall customer experience. As it stands, I cannot recommend this particular branch based on my unfortunate encounter.

The food was pretty bad (drive through), service fine, felt ill after eating and then had to rush to the toilet later in the evening. Something needs to change.

The only reason I am giving them one star is because it doesn't let me give 0 star. Absolutely horrible place. Toilets were disgusting. The place was a mess. The staff don't even care to clean the place at all. The place was almost empty but all the chairs and tables had left over food and mess. The staff didn't even look bothered. Never again. Shame on you KFC. Thought you'd have better people to give your franchises to

This has to be the worst food I've ever eaten, certainly not buying your food again. Got the banquet box with scraggy end chips and 3 pieces of chicken for 8.99. Not worth the money
