Called in this Sunday morning 7.50am with my Grandson on our way to his rugby match in Horsforth. Went through the drive through as short for time. No cars in front of us say at the order board 5 minutes before asked to order. Order two McMuffin breakfast rolls and drive to pay - now 5/6 cars behind us. Got to collection point asked to park up as nothing ready. Sat for 15 minutes and cars behind us all parked up. A car 3 behind us got there’s but not ours. Then we were given our order from the 3rd car after 5 minutes - obviously they had our order ! Told the lad that I’m not having 2nd hand food !! He got abusive and said it’s yours. Went inside and told the manager who rolled his eyes and said that’s yours. Got a full refund needless to say late for grandsons rugby game. Take my advice these clowns ? are only interested in delivery orders!! Never visiting again ?

WRONG ORDER AGAIN. Never order from this place. I placed an order for delivery £14.24, and they delivered me a mc flurry and a coke, that is it. I challenged the delivery driver, who stated, "Take it up with McDonald's." I rang and spoke to the manager. He stated, "Take it up with just eat. Just eat said not their problem. Take it up with McDonald's. What a joke of a place, so no food and out of pocket

The staff were helpful, the food was hot, and tasty. I like that with every item on the menu, there is information on calories, and ingredients. I don't believe that the French fries are good for me.

Where should I start the food was flat cold when I got it but as I've been waiting 25 minutes I couldn't be asked going back in as I come out you've got the manager vaping outside telling some kid to not smack his work colleague absolutely not professional at all the food was flat cold and literally went in the bin straight away so I wasted £25 then to drive up to KFC so I could have some warm food so that unfortunately was another cost because McDonald's is a renders for food nowadays and I be pretty honest with you if I did go back into McDonald's with the food I would have made the manager bleeding eat it

These guys have got the mcdelivery order wrong SO many times my account is no longer able to refund missing items because I'm suspicious now hahahaha. Don't think I have ever ordered from them and had every item I actually paid for.
Managed to pick up a bug from this branch - food poisoning. I was very ill for 24 hours, couldn’t keep any fluids down, let alone eat. Still quite shaky a few days later. Staff need to learn to wash their hands. Definitely won’t be visiting again.

Absolutely atrocious, forget my burger, gave me the wrong milkshake and the wrong sauce in my wrap, staff are too busy laughing and joking than to get our orders right, this place awful!!!

I had to get their attention at the order station as no one was there. I ordered two burgers with extra toppings made fresh and they came out cold and the cheese hadn't even melted. Very poor I won't be visiting that outlet
