Went to order food and they said chicken will be 20 mins paid for roosters box guy told me to wait in car il bring it out been waiting 45 mins Went back in shop guy told me another 5 mins told him give my money back they more interested deliveries instead of customers in shop idiots

we ordered pizzas but they didn't make it good, kids even didn't eat because it's tasteless, we did ring them but they never respond to us properly & we are really disappointed ?

Ordered first time, took ages to deliver, after 1 hr 40 mins, everything was cold, and my pizza was missing. No customer service whatsoever. They need to sack the person who packs the food for delivery as I have seen enough reviews here and on Just Eat of missing orders. Will they heed the reviews and improve? Nah not that kind of mentality. Il stick to Shimla express , will not order from here again!
