Absolutely terrible, used to be really nice and tasty food. They got my order wrong, hardly any meat in the kebab, and the poxy amount of meat that was in it was dry and bland, garlic naans were stale. Gone down hill, shocking, would NOT recommend.

Decent place nice food customer service is on point,the brother at the counter is a G always considering each customer that comes in and he definetly deserves a raise. The food has always been consistent and beautiful. Just please increase the portion size a little like before haha .

Usually I don’t leave reviews especially negative but the last couple of times we have ordered have been a bit disappointing I’m afraid. Has something changed? I used to open the salad box and love the freshness and the amount of salad and the Jalapeño laid across the top. The chicken donner was always a generous and for the price which is higher than most places (our children share) you have usually lived up to the quality of that price so we didn’t mind paying that much but we are unlikely to order again because it’s no longer the same as it was at the beginning when you opened. Sorry!

Really nice young lads work here - and they always show such respect to anyone and everyone who walks in. My wife walked in last week and just mentioned the kids were asleep in the car, they immediately offered to bring the food to the car - but she clarified I was in the car too. They still offered to take it to us (although she declined the offer). Their kebabs and lamb tikka are delicious, kids enjoy the chicken donner. It’s our go to spot during the week especially when we’re busy with work and school. You must go if you haven’t been. Make sure you try their white sauce too!

So ordered 3 kebabs today for pick up . Food was cold boxes sogy it felt like someone already eaten bit and i was sold left overs. I put one on picture and I want ask where is meat? I not ordered salad and chips for nearly 10 pound or do I?To be fair after this was taken it gone straight to bin . I feel like just was robbed not even sure how anyone can serve this and look in customer eyes. Shame on you. I used to like shimlas but you guys gone down hill. This take a way meant to be treat and I sat eating beans on toast

This branch is ruinning the original name of shimlas. Thy always give very less filling or always put in too much chillies and then when we complain thy just so rude and say its our fault not theirs and I don't understand there obsession with red onions. Please people save your money and stick to original bradford branch and halifax branch coz there food is exactly like original bradford branch.Parking: Awful never find parking space
