Stopped by today to have a saxons pie having been frequent to them when they were in Skipton, can honestly say the food was top standard and the service from the staff couldn't have been any better. We will definatly be back, our dog loved her dog bowl too.

We haven't eaten here yet but I'm sure the food will be great. Decent choice of drinks served by lovely staff. Quiz night seems popular and they have great turns on too some weekends. Real village style pub.Parking: Large car park around the back of the pub.Wheelchair accessibility: Pub is on the same level as the car park. Easy access I a wheelchair.

We have just arrived home after having Sunday lunch. The roast beef Sunday lunch was delicious, fresh vegetables and a side dish of pigs in blankets. The phrase eyes bigger than tummy spring to mind. Excellent choice of cider, beers. Dog friendly too. The staff were really friendly. Highly recommended if you like a traditional Sunday lunch.Vegetarian options: Massive portion of vegetables and two huge Yorkshire puddings! Glad we didn't have a starter as we wouldn't have ate our main course.
