Ordered a pizza on the website last night.Phoned 16 times and no answerThe money has come out of the account and I’ve now had to raise a dispute with the bank to retrieve the payment.

Me and my mum ordered food the food never arrived we rang all night last night and all day today no reply , we were charged and haven’t got our money back , no one seems to be answering the phone , we have ordered from Bella pizza nearly once every week for around a year , if there were renovations and it is temporarily closed including website being down we wouldn’t have been able to order which we DID through the Bella pizza website itself it also definitely should not be taking payment if closed ??? ….

Know idea how it takes an hour and half to make and deliver 2 pizzas and chips. Called the restaurant 5 mins after our specified delivery time, to be told its on it way (not they they could hear me on the phone)Clearly the few miles from the shop to our door, the driver has got lost and is feasting on our food rather than there own leg.Well never ever ever come back even if the eventuall food is gods gift to human kind will now fest on my own leg while I waited 1.5 hours for food.Food arrived after 90 mins to be bearly warm and reheated chips

Absolutely vile! Hour an half to come, all cold, ice cream like water! Chips not cooked swimming in grease! Order wrong! Rang to complain for him to be horrible! Resent some greasy chips swimming in blue stuff! Never again !

Used to order from here all the time but we’ve had nothing but issues the last few times.Rang around 7.30pm to place order was told it was going to be an hour. 8.45pm and still no order to be seen. Rang up and was told they’d sent a delivery driver out to our house twice already and not had anyone open door. Asked them if they’d rung the doorbell to be told yes.. we have a ring door bell which alerts us of any visitors at the door which hadn’t been set off since 7pm that evening. After this around 9pm our order finally arrived however items were missing. Driver was lovely though and went back to collect them.Food is always a lot fresher when picked up however staff inside shop just don’t seem to have a manners or understand what good customer service is.

Order 1 hour late , chocolate fudge cake was not fudge cake just a bit of sponge in a box and no custard .
What a joke of a place. My friend ordered our food and was flat cold. Cheese didnt even melt to the chips it was that cold. The food portion was nothing like what was shown on facebook. Rang to complain and got loads of abuse.

order 2 pizza's was suppose to arrive at 8.40 pm ,rang up at 9.25pm, and spoke to the owner. He was very abrupt and didn't care for us customers. I would not recommend going here . it a shame because the driver was very pleasant.

I contacted the restaurant twice to discuss my order (as I had addressed it to one of my neighbours mistakenly) and the staff were incredibly dismissive and denied all knowledge of my order. The staff said they had no order for the street name, and told me to ring back as it may appear in due course. I did call back, and was given the same answer - there was no record of the order on their end. He proceeded to read off a list of other addresses, to which he could see the orders, which was obviously unhelpful. We did manage to catch the driver just before he could leave with our order, which was because we received updates in the Just eat app - which must've been difficult for the restaurant to send as they had no knowledge of the order. In all, we waited over an hour for our food, in uncertainty as to whether it would arrive. The food arrived barely warm.

Ordered at 20:30pm asked for an update three times, said it was on the way… 22:50 still waiting for the food, rang back for an update told the guy had been waiting outside 25 minutes and had called us, no miss calls and stood outside for most of the time to keep an eye out.
