Arrived last night at just after 9.30pm, to be told that they were closed but would be serving again in 15-20 minutes. So we sat down, waited as the two female staff played on their phones, took a cage of rubbish out, came back for the till drawer and came back a few minutes later, before hanging around logging the till back on. A male member of staff then took over. Half an hour later we were able to get a drink. Really not acceptable service in view of the premium price.

Customer service here is dreadful. I asked about Friday cake deal, but I didn't qualify as I don't have the app. I then asked for a regular latte and hot chocolate, to only be charged for one drink, I asked was that for 2 drinks and was snapped at and she rolled her eyes at me. I was then charged for large drinks when I had asked for regulars. Rude and unhelpful, I just felt ripped off.

Been in far worse Service Area franchises, but staff here are friendly, helpful & efficient; light and airy, well maintained; ample parking; prices? well, "are what they are" - no more to say really ...

Just been to this costa and asked for a chocolate frappe to be rudely told it gets turned off at 8pm and no ice drinks at 10:45pm. Got a very much can’t be arsed attitude from staff member… went last week for the same drink and got served fine at 10:15pm

The staff are nice and try to help, but they is no provision for vegans. You don't have to advertise that it's vegan if you think that it would put customers off, but when asked, you could offer the vegan alternatives.Also the food tends to be of poor nutritional value, when people are traveling long distances nutrition is necessary. I only buy drinks here, my go too for fast food is firstly Pret a Manger, if one is available, then Greg's because they support me so I support them, then Burger King, because they do the most gorgeous vegan Burger.

Great customer service from Angela, who came to my need for a safety pin, as my blouse had come open! She went the extra mile and got me a coffee bean pin!!! Well done Angela!!! ?

There may have been problems with fridges, since a number of outlets here reported issues and were re-stocking. However, there didn’t seem to be much by way of food or drink here. The one redeeming feature was that there was some vegetarian choice, although the cheddar and tomato toastie wasn’t immensely inspiring. Only fizzy sugary drinks or mineral water were on offer, not fruit juice. There were major rebuilding works, with workmen moving through the area, and the concrete, cement and scaffolding did not provide an inviting atmosphere. All in all, pretty dire!

My first visit to Ferry Bridge Costa and I really enjoyed my short visit.I was greeted by a jovial, very tall gentleman (Kyle if I remember correctly) who made the most delectable mint hot chocolate?Really brightened up my day and hope I drive by soon sometime
