Warm welcome!Sue on the resection desk was friendly and really helpful. She went above and beyond to make me welcome and help me with checking in.The family room was clean and tidy.At the next shift Monika it's really nice and helpful regarding some issues with the invoice and paperwork. We stayed for a night here as a stop off point late at night, we were very pleased with the service.Late night check in was super simple with accommodating staff to get us sorted.Fran and Laura made the breakfast service memorable and entertained my 2 year old son, who finds it very difficult to sit still.Thank you to the team for providing such an excellent experience.

Typical Premier Inn, room clean and good size. Stayed here many times and never had a bad night.Fran and the breakfast team are amazing, the welcome you get in the morning always starts your day off well and the breakfast buffet always has plenty.

I stayed overnight before last stage of very long journey. Early on Sunday I could not start my car for the second time in two days and was concerned about the safety of motorway driving if there was a serious fault. I've stayed there before. The young staff are helpful and pleasant. It's nice. However, this was potentially a difficult problem, I was very tired, concerned and had difficulty contacting the RAC online. So many thanks to receptionist Sue. She calmly found and called an RAC number that would enable me to speak to someone and I was able to get a much needed coffee while I waited. It sounds a simple thing, but to me, tired and travelling alone, it was a huge help and exactly what I needed. Thankyou

Staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size, was clean and in a secure area. It is situated about 10 minutes drive from Pontefract town centre and was easy to access from the A1.

Mouldy Bathroom (Extractor fan doesnt work), No air con and Ultimate Wifi only connects when standing near the bedroom door.Rooms: Need a good clean and aircon needs turning on!!Food & drinks: Breakfast was better than some.
