The cookie dough is good, but delivery is shocking.We usually opt for collection, but this evening went for delivery. Ordered directly through the website which said 45 mins. When the confirmation came through it said an extra 25 mins (1hr 10), it actually took 1hr 40 - 100 minutes from placing the order to receiving the order (which was barely warm and the ice-cream was melted).When I called to chase up the lady on the phone she was very polite, but I just got told it was an estimation on delivery. No compensation etc.We will not be getting delivery from Temptations again. Such a shame because the food is good.

Ordered a waffle and a crepe. To start with The strawberries I paid extra for were not even in it and the ice cream was a melted blob. the crepe and the waffle were both flat out cold, to say we live 9 minutes away and the crepe didn’t even taste cooked it felt like rubber. The driver was so polite so when we got in the house, it was not what we was expecting, we were really disappointed.

Ordered from here tonight food came late and the waffle was undercooked and soggy along with the crêpe which had clearly been made too soon and left to go cold and soggy we waiting a hour and a half for something that ended up in the bin I tried to complain but they stopped answering the phone so I thought I’d leave a honest review and advise people to avoid it doesn’t even deserve a one star rating

I have got a few times from here the food is reasonable and taste really good only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my delivery took a long time then ended up getting cancelled because the driver went to a diffrent address that had the same name street but different post code

AVOID - Food never showed up!, status says delivered, rung up to find out where order was, they then said would be another 20 mins , rung up again as still hadnt shown , now they are refusing to answer there phones ,never got order haven't has a refund either- don't waste your money!!!

Ordered from just eat for w milkshakes waited over 1.30 hours ohoned up to be told they would be with me in 20 mons waited another hour and nothing turned up they have taken my money and not delivered my 2 milkshakes
The place is amazing.Just popped in to see what all the fuss was about .. you will not be disappointed if you have a sweet tooth it’s Definately the place to be ?
