Great food as always. The burger tastes properly grilled and meaty. The chips are amazing. The food is brilliant. The service is a bit lackluster however.

The flame grilled burgers always taste better than most of their competitors, and the salad in the burgers is plentiful, too. Delivery is almost never available, and when it is, they tend to get the order wrong, so I've started to collect now

There is flys everywhere,rubbish on the floor,the burger is burnt,they ran out of ice and every type of fizzy drink but failed to mention it when buying the drinks,and i saw a guy picking his nose while he was in the kitchen making peoples food , 0/10 would not recommend for anyone unless you like bugar burn burgers

The food is ok, but the customer service is terrible. Expect to be ignored for a while before anyone takes your order. They do have ordering screens but they rarely work. The last time I was there, there was this one guy just stood there arranging ready food, but not giving it out. My burger was just sat there for ages, then another staff member came and completed my order, and it was at this point I saw her pick up the same burger that had been sat there for a good ten or so minutes. Why? As you can guess, my burger was pretty much cold by the time I went to eat it. So yeah expect the customer service to be absolutely terrible.

Undeniably superior to McDonald's. This is best BK in leeds too. Staff are friendly, burgers are built perfectly, food is consistent everytime.I order a double xl whopper with 2 extra pattys. Can't beat it ???

I would like to leave a lovely review for this Burger King store soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiley lady Lisa she brighten my day her service and staff was fabulous and the food was delicious. I would certainly recommend this branch to my friends and family .

The burgers were decent and to the standard of BK the chips were better, as they were fresh and piping hot. I had a missed part of my order, which I didn't realise immediately so missed out on my chilli cheese bites, which was annoying
