Such poor service I have experienced tonight from the ls14 burger king branch. I went through the drive through and ordered food for myself and child. The girl on the drive through was quite unprofessional and rush me through my order where I had to tell her I had other food/drink to add. When she gave me my order half of it was missing and the rest was cold she sighed at me then told me to wait over there. I waited for about 10 mins and then the same girl came out with my food where I checked to make sure it was right which it wasn't so had to go back around again to correct this. By the time this was done the food had gone cold, we only live 2 mins away from the branch. The food was so disappointing as this was supposed to be a treat, we don't eat take outs much. I won't be going to that branch again.

I love how inside of this Burger King has a bit of a retro feel to it, it looks like it was propably a great place years ago, they do need to get the kids soft play back up and running and sort the toilets out, other than that its good.
I love the food from Burger King. It's a shame I can't get to one more often.I wish there was one nearby to where I live. Granted it was an expensive trip being almost £18 for 2 meals, but worth it...There isn't even an option to have them delivered by Uber Eats, Just Eats, Deliveroo & all that...I enjoyed my visit to Burger King yesterday as it was particularly nice to spend time with my son. We spent a lot of time reminiscing about the past and then talking about how awful the food places near us have gotten, especially McDonald's & KFC. I used to love KFC and McDonald's fries, until the stores near my house made far too many mistakes!
