No cups or glasses available. Lovely staff but I'm not paying a premium for substandard service.

Judith Priestley

Lovely coffee, lovely chocolate muffin. Friendly pleasant staff.

The service in this store is poor, the woman behind the counter was very rude. No name badge or manager so couldn’t make a formal complaint. Manners cost nothing.

Shocking as always, sometimes you have no choice but to go there. The team are miserable, clearly they do not enjoy the job! Also discussing previous customers is out of order. The lady with the cat eye liner you really need to sort your attitude out you are a disgrace.23/12 check your rotas you know exactly who you are

Filthy tables throughout (a common theme at this one), staff too busy checking their phones inside to be concerned by such things so we went to the one on Albion St instead, that was awful too.
