The service in this store is poor, the woman behind the counter was very rude. No name badge or manager so couldn’t make a formal complaint. Manners cost nothing.

The lady with the cat eye liner you really need to sort your attitude out you are a disgrace.23/12 check your rotas you know exactly who you are
