Organised chaos. There were no clean cups, had to settle for takeaway cups. Behind the counter was a mess with spilled coffee and other powder (chocolate?) all over the service area.

Lovely cafe with great service every time I come in! Kate, who was a trainee when I first asked her to make me a ice chai latte said she didn’t know how to as they didn’t serve it and just improvised. She offered to make it again if I didn’t like it but I loved it!! Turned out amazing! 10/10 ?

Staff lovely- great coffee. Short staffed - often 2 people . Long queues. Air conditioner not working. Toilets disgusting. Look of store outdated. Furniture- some chairs torn. Staff being showed at by customers due to long queues and waiting ( 15 mins approx) to be told x item nor available.staff not allowed to put a notice telling customers that equipment is broken eg hot water. Company need to change their policy - not fair that Staff are having to face anger due to companies decision!

This used to be a great place..Sadly post Covid all downhill..The tables are overflowing ..Seldom cleaned..Toilets are filthy..There is a lack of staff,and are poorly trained,Lairy and entitled..Very poor

Usually pretty busy even on weekdays. I needed to wait around 10mins at a till. Spacious shop and also there are plenty of outside seats. Toilets available too.I was impressed that they had so many cakes and snacks to choose from.
The most beautiful barista there it’s Athena she make always nice drinks for us that’s why we go to Nero she have nice smile so if she no there dont go:)

The inside was as good as usual but we sat outside and the floor was dirty.Kid-friendliness: A lot of Mums with babies go in the afternoonsWheelchair accessibility: No problem outside but not too much room inside
