As a regular visitor to our Otley branch of Costa,I can highly recommend! I visit regularly on a Wednesday with my grandchildren and always receive a warm welcome and really good service. All the staff are friendly and helpful,especially Matthew and Mia who deal with my complicated order with great patience and a smile!! Lovely staff all kept cheerful by their amazing manager,Carl. Strongly recommend a visit!

Always a great welcome and atmosphere as well as fabulous coffee. Otley Costa is the best - such a warm welcome makes for a very enjoyable visit. Karl the manager makes sure his team are really well trained in providing a service as well as the best coffees and snacks. One of the reasons we go in most days !

What a lovely visit, staff were friendly and helpful: My cousin and I had a lovey chat to the manager after he’d given us a friendly greeting, he has a great work ethos and it reflects in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the shop and the staff. Not your typical faceless Costa coffee shop. Try it, you are sure to come out with a smile on your face!

Wonderful branch, we came in to use our costa app rewards and the two girls on the counter were absolute legends! I can’t recall the name of the girl who took my order but she was fab and super friendly. Charlene (I think that’s her name, blonde, amazing make up, gorgeous girl) who made our coffee suggested I try a hazelnut latte blend and it was INCREDIBLE.Amazing staff, they deserve a raise!Ash xxx :-)
