Seems okay, pizza was nice, not too busy in shop, had a look around whilst waiting and it looks clean. If anything a bit dear, but thats everything nowadays. No complaints, scarfed pizza.

Made an order online, received a call 5 mins later saying they were out of the extra toppings we added. I asked them to refund that part of the order which they were unable to do for some reason so I was forced to order unwanted toppings. Ordered them and they didn't even put them on the pizza. I complained, received a free pizza voucher which I used tonight, they must have known it was for a complaint because they made the worst pizza I've ever seen. Half the size it should have been, toppings all on one half, the guy on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Support your local independent instead!!

Very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone only decent thing about this dominos store is the delivery driver who always brings a flashlight for dark nights!And the app is awful to use

Food either doesn’t arrive, or is wrong.Manager rude. Tried to convince us that a large pizza became the size of a medium pizza as it ‘shrinks in the oven’.

OK here we go I like Dominoes pizza but I rang to order and on line only I tried to order on line card declined l called in to be told on line only what a load of codswallop Not good not right I won't use you again Really in this day and age.

I had an ordered the whole meal and i am getting rock solid pizza and the store is not giving me refund or new items which i purchasedAnd ghe driver cannot call me at least to search for my house as it was suggested in the app and he and manger says its was not clearly instructed , well if he cannot find thn he should call me atleast but he doesnot have phone to deliver is this in the policy of dominoes to deliver the pizza without the phone. Its really worst i need refund now anyhowIts cold and hard like rock.Its a worst approach from dominoes

Was in my lunch break card machine wasn’t working so he told me to order so I did he then he was on the phone to card place to get it working the order came threw I said can you put it in for me please I have to get back to work he said no been really funny about an was a really unpleasant human being to be around I was furious missed my lunch because of it an nothing has been done by Domino’s absolutely disgraceful service from him an also Domino’s themself will be taking my money else where will never support Domino’s again after that

Absolutely disgusted with the state the ‘pizzas’ arrived in. What a waste of £20!! Turns out our delivery driver decided to help himself to both of the pizzas we ordered leaving us with a few crumbs and residue from the garlic and herb dip. I will never eat here again and suggest you don’t either. If you ever fancy a pizza, I highly recommend you order yourself an actual pizza from places like Pizza Punks, Culto, Pizza Hut and more.

I ordered a pizza with extra sweetcorn and when I received the pizza surprise no sweetcorn at all. I give them a call and the guy on the phone told me the staff put the sweetcorn on the pizza and he can't do anything. Avoid this place
AVOID THIS STORE!!! Placed an order for two large pizzas, no food arrived after an hour, made a phone call to be told the driver was 5 minutes away, 20 minutes later another phone call to the store to be told the driver was still 5 minutes away. As you may have guessed no pizza arrived. Would avoid ordering from this store at all costs. Lying staff on the phone, and clearly dodgy drivers. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Utterly incompetent, ordered kebab meat with no chilli extra meat, man confirmed meat wasn't too spicy, delivered small Margaretta? Called back to change woman said we don't do kebab meat and hung up, drove down to complain returned pizza without them crediting, clowns

Ordered delivery, ingredients missing on the pizza, emailed customer services who clearly need to be retrained in how to communicate with customers. Last time I will spend my money on this horrible company

Ordered a 9.5 inch pizza and on collection was given a very small pizza with 4 slices. when asked that according to their website a 9.5 inch pizza should have 6 slices, the manager said this is the new version oval 9.5 inch pizza and it contains only 4 slices. Did not listen to me mentioning that according to the website there should be 6 slices. I will never buy from Roundhay Domino's ever again. Thumbs down.
