Staff could do with some customer service training, as well as a rocket up the backside! They're too young and inexperienced.

5 stars is not enough because 5 stars is the best a greggs can be, but this is better than what a greggs can be. This is a cafe. This is a restaurant.\\nTap for water refills (looking at u greggs outside of trinity)

My twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Greggs outlet as we were wandering around this part of town. Your typical Greggs,a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer, neat and tidy with staff who are extremely cheerful. We were here on a Wednesday morning, we were just going to The Head Of Steam Pub and decided to get some food into us,we both got the famous Greggs sausage rolls, two each which we munched on outside the Greggs outlet, I've yet to taste a better sausage roll than those served by Greggs ,so tasty and filling, just what we needed to set us upbfor a few hours. This Greggs outlet is easy to locate along Bond Street, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 7am till 6pm.

Friendly but efficient staff. Food and drink reliably OK
A typical Greg's. Low quality for cheap. Service very slow. Usually a wait. You get what you pay.
Very poor, staff especially a male one is rude with bad attitude, it's under staffed and I understand stress but it's a job and we are customers
