horrible service. Staff Threw the food onto the desk and as we complained to the manager the manager was extremely rude and did not take our complain about their staff seriously

Helpful but genuinely don't see why they stop making cornish pasties until January when the oven is on and plenty of other regular products are still available unless it is subject to vegetable

The member of staff could not be bothered moving I asked for all the bones to be put into bags. They put the bags on top of the product did not bother packet them. When I pick the box up the box was open. The bonds fell out they didn’t offer to change. Basically we could not be bothered

Ordered off JustEat, spot on from this Greggs branch. Swapped out a drink for me as requested too, thank you. Also been into the store itself before and it's always fresh food, clean premises and friendly staff.

The lady behind the counter said they couldn't put an extra shot in my black coffee as "that was on the old machine" (the coffee machine is the same one that's always been there) I use greggs all the time and get an extra shot for 45p nearly every day. The lady said she would have to charge me £1.50 for an extra espresso and its always been this way and she's worked there 12 years. I just walked out as she was clueless bless her

So I called in to get a sandwich & sausage roll for work, their contactless wasn't working and I don't carry cash, I always use my phone. After popping in the back the gent serving me came back and said. "As it's our fault you can't pay you can have your goods for free. After thanking him I asked for his name, it was Issac.I would like to thank him and the manager for this lovely gesture

Perfect location in the heart of Cross gates shopping centre. Great pricing and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Big shout out to Danny for their great customer service and building customer rapport! Definitely a great stop - I stop by every evening after work! Hope the refurb goes well and see you when you re-open!

At lunch time they had like six members of staff in but only one person was serving at the till. The queue was long and the other staff members wouldn’t care to come and serve the customers.
