Very bad Greggs. Often don't have cups or lids available for drinks, staff are very rude, when I mention any problems, the answer I receive is \\\"it's not my fault\\\", they never offer any apology or solution to any problems with the food or service.

Customer service is shocking on a morning. Some people still have to get to work or school and it takes them a solid 15 minutes to make a ham sandwich because they rather stand around talking to one another.
