Was a minute early of opening, stood in rain with no acknowledgement from staff just on other side of the door.When door was opened, I greeted staff with no response. I asked the staff member at the counter when the vegan bakes would be ready, as none were out? Their shoulders sank as they embarrassedly relayed the query to the person in charge, who sighed and said, "Oh, I always do this. Sorry, It'll be while, 'coz I haven't defrosted them yet."I thanked them and left to see out my break without food.

Due to open at 6am which is typically when I'll go but is very rarely open at that tike and is often after 6:10 usually many people stood waiting outside that ultimately go over the road to McDonald's.

Took 45 mins to come via just eat. Phoned them up after 35 mins and the lady was rude about it. Won’t be ordering again. How long does it take to pack a few pasties? Also ordered 2 drinks that didn’t come, nice one ?

Dumb staff. Very simple people who cannot handle complex orders. Always forget items.
Takes 20 mins to get served here, people are queuing out of the door into the car park but staff are too busy preparing the take away Uber orders. POOR POOR POOR service

Did not deliver my food. Called twice. Took 3 hours and lied about it being on its way. Rachel very aggressive on the phone. Never again.

Bit of a hit and miss place, the hot food is always nice but the breakfasts are a bit variable, sometimes cold, sometimes great, sometimes just out of stock. Some of the staff are great but some of them clearly don't give a toss, so it depends who's working. Sundays are usually good days.
