Despite saying the words “Steak Bake please” i ended up with a Sausage, Beans and cheese melt. Doesn’t sound even remotely the same. Maybe if you took down those ridiculously massive plastic screens between staff and customers they might actually be able to hear orders properly.

It's Greggs, you know what you're getting. The staff here are always friendly and polite, and they rarely seem to run out of the good stuff
Lovely friendly patience staff with me being deaf trying to order white coffee. Always go there for takeaway and lovely chicken pasties. For the price. To be honest I miss the mushrooms go with chicken pasties
