Rude service from a female member of staff without a badge (young girl) I ordered 1 Latte and she refused to hand me my hot drink said I needed to wait at the side but then served every other customer after me their drinks straight away. The only difference between me and the other customers was that I was black and they were not, she also had attitude with me but not with everyone else. Felt a bully scenario and I left to cry in my car. probably the worst experience I’ve had ever. & will be taking the complaint further as, I felt singled out. I didn’t understand the problem but it felt like she had one against me.

Always the best breakfast sandwiches here. You can't beat it!
God knows what was going on with this store and staff today, but what a complete shambles. 30 minutes we queued to get some hot drinks. Never known anything like it. The member of staff serving kept trying to deal with 2 orders at a time. Shelves empty of food. Only 1 person serving at a time. Looked more interested in dealing with Uber Eat orders, and even that was slow too.When we eventually got our drinks, I gave the homeless person outside the wrong one as we didn't know which drink was which. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but we saw 7 members of staff in total, and only 1 serving customers who walked through the door.
