Everyone is great at every department no matter which you shop at obviously standard are high hence why I like it here. Fine dining cafe upstairs is excellent! Service is brilliant! food is perfect and presentation is beautiful. Try their chocolate fudge cake! Amazing! Everything is clean. I can never find faults I love coming here! I think it was Zena on Dior counter who served me she’s brilliant too. Very attentive. security on front door is an absolute gentleman! thank you

If you go for higher end skincare then you get the best service, ie la prairie, Chantecaille, valmont, la mer. Perfect service.However, on the same floor, if you go to Estée Lauder (£100ish), their service is really bad and they’re so grumpy (Asian girl). Didn’t buy from her, made us feel like idiots. It wasn’t as if we didn’t buy anything from hn, we were holding bags of shopping from hn. IDK, IDC

I visited in December time expecting a very busy environment. When i was faced with a busy environment i was nervous as in the past i haven’t had the service i thought i would receive in a place like this. In my entire stay, i was met with such joy. From being sat down by the very nice receptionist to being severed by Bethany. She made us feel very welcome and made us feel like we were individuals instead of another customer, with a smile too. The food was incredible and definitely will be visiting again further down the year. To top it off, we had an off the menu cocktail request that was dealt with by Charlotte who made us feel like our request wasn’t any inconvenience. After my visit, i have been recommending all of my friends. Top marks !!

We took advantage of the 50% off January offer and called here for lunch which certainly did not disappoint. The service and food was lovely and we all enjoyed our meals and the puddings were delightful. Our server, Jason, was hilarious and kept us entertained for most of the time we were there. Such a character. We will certainly be making a return visit in a couple of months.

We had the set Christmas meal and it was beautiful in taste and the way it was presented. It was really reasonably priced and nice to have a Christmas meal with a different take on the food. I couldn’t fault a thing apart from having to wait slightly too long for the bill at the end. We will definitely be back though!
