Popped in today exasperated about my first attempt at knitting a scarf. Pamela on your team was incredible: she helped me find a suitable wool to salvage my project, explained about changing my needles in the future and found me a 3 for 2 deal whilst teaching me how to continue on knitting with new yarn when I was confused.Please do see that she is appropriately rewarded this Christmas :) Customer service like this is the reason why we come back again and again.
Loveeeeee this store. Lots of things for crafts that you can use. A lot of things you wouldn’t expect too such as wooden slices. Live edge wood coasters and a lot of wooden boxes etc it’s not all just kiddy stuff. Glass bottles and tinted glass a tiny bit of light DIY stuff can be found here too. Big shop definitely worth a visit if b&q and wickes etc are not what you’re looking for!

Needed some help with finding a particular crochet hook and the Lady upstairs, I think it was Rebecca, was brilliant so very helpful and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot from her as well as buying the product. Thank you.
