We booked an afternoon tea for two adults and 3children(children aged 4,9,11). The total private was £165 which I think is a tad steep for what you receive. I would have not minded if the food and hygiene standards were higher but realistically this was extortionate. The sandwiches were dry, and lacked in flavour and were not fresh. Me and my friend had a loverly experience here at the just grand tearoom it's decorated beautifully for Christmas but still has that comforting vintage feel (like being at your grandparents house) we booked for the Christmas Afternoon Tea the scone are the best I've had on an afternoon tea. I had the cranberry and orange my friend opted for the plain they both came dusted with Icing sugar to emulate snow which I thought was a cute attention to detail. Booked a table for 9 children for my daughters 10th birthday... the afternoon tea was amazing, fabulous presentation and the staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for making my daughters birthday so special.
