Well where do I start staff ? full of shish , customer service us bad becuase they busy joking and don't get me wrong no wrong with fun but it wrong when I have to wait long and still get the order wrong am not against happiness but they need to learn to listen properly and customer service is to be polished I believe they are two relaxed

DO NOT COME HERE EARLY.As they serve you last night leftovers.Came here early to get some chicken only to get home and found the chicken to be refried last nights chicken.You could easily tell the chicken was old because it dried up and shrunk so small and the coating was so dark and stale. The chicken was smelly with chicken hairs on it. WAS NOT FRESH. These guys at this place carries out the practice of using last night's leftover chicken and re-serve it the next day. Even when your still paying full price! THIS IS NOT THE KFC STANDARD.Awful.

Food Is always on point. The chicken is KRISPY and delicious. The gravy is so yummy. Love the sweet chilli dip. The service is on the slower side and I think portions are very small for the high prices.

Worst kfc one can ever been to staffs were too busy gossiping and when the order came some of the things were missing. Chicken came in cold and dry not edible. Asked zinger burger with no mayo but it came with mayo and when I got back with the complaint the lady in the glasses refused to me saying I didn't ask for it instead of accepting her fault for not paying attention and on top of all the fries were cold and soggy as well Wont go there ever again.
Quite busy KFC because of Halal store. At reception Miss Varsha was there to greet. What a lovely girl with broad and happy smile on face. She suggested some items and took order swiftly which I needed because I was passing through to other city. Right order and at right time. Thank you Miss Varsha & KFC.

Burger was cold, only few small pieces of lettuce, no sauce at all... I bought an extra dip, member of staff told me "dip is inside the bag" - got back to car and checked - it was not, but I couldn't be asked to go back there. I am disappointed!! after reading reviews I thought that's "the best" KFC in Leeds...
