Visited Wednesday before my interview for a quick coffee to go. Very helpful and polite lady who served me, she calmed me down and reassured me that I’ve already got the job and, she was right! It must be the luck of the donuts! ? So, Thank you!The shop smelt delicious, as you’d expect, and it was immaculate. Went in to get my free birthday donut and they refused to give me it.They asked for my proof of id with my DOB on it and I felt like I was getting a loan out.So I had to show Simona and her colleague (couldn't get her name) their online FAQS about free birthday donut but they still made funny faces before giving me it.Really shocking.Been a krispy kreme customer for a long time but never had such a shocking experience.Really need looking into.

Price was very reasonable for a box set. Good location. Lots of different choices. Still needed to use a card payment which is fair enough however, I never saw that displayed anywhere. When I asked a member staff for a bag for my box set it was a little plastic bag with no handles.

Deeply concerned that our donuts didn't have the usual amount of cream inside. Are the donuts fake or the actual Krispy Kreme donuts? Hardly no cream inside. Service was good. If I was not in a rush I would have gone back and shared my concerns. I'd probably think twice before going there again.
