I do not usually write reviews, I understand people have bad days but that is no excuse to have such bad customer service skills regardless. We waited 10 mins while the workers where idle and some looking at us and ignoring us until I asked a blonde girl “hi can you serve us please” since from my point of view she wasn’t doing anything and her initial response was “what” in an attitude. So unnecessary and rude. On top of that she said wait and then went to do the fries… but then I don’t understand how there are that many staff for them to call over the guy who is working on the window and is constantly serving to serve me inside when surely you’d have inside staff to do so? The guy who did serve us was nice but the rest? The 3 managers it seems that was working? Questionable. And to top it off when we had already asked for sauce on the receipt and my mother asked a worker nicely she got the sauce and threw it into the bag, twice when my mum had held out her hand to take it and with the most moodest expression like we had done something bad to her.As someone who also works in catering and have to do the same things as them I would never speak to a customer the way they did or even ignore them because firstly it’s bad manners and secondly it would ruin the image of the place you work at and in their case, Mc Donald’s. This happened tonight at 10pm. I believe you should review who you hire because they clearly need more training if that’s the way they speak to everyone or is it because I’m chinese? Which I hope is not the case.

I've worked nationwide and eaten at a lot of McDonalds.This one is the worst by far.Cold Burgers, Cold Drinks, Missing salads, Missing orders, LAZZZZZZZZZZZZZY on the Drive Through Intercom.They Charge 10p for each sauce.I complained, they didn't even reply.You'd be better off eating a dead rat you found on that street than eating here. Not joking, I live 2 minutes away. It's always bad is this particular restaurant. I dive further to eat at Kirkstall MCD's now. That's how trash this particular franchise is.

Impressed by improvements fast order delicious food.Parking: It's a good size parking areaKid-friendliness: It was my daughters birthday today she's just gone 10 years old. She is disabled and in a wheelchair the place is disabled friendly and she only started eating a little bit last year.I said a few days ago what do you want to do for your birthday and she said go to build a bear and go to Mc Donald's so we got her a children's cheeseburger meal and got a Mr men character and she couldn't eat all of eat because of her tongue dystonia but she said the cheeseburger was tasty it was a great achievement to see my daughter eat she as achieved so much in 10 years but when you see your daughter do things that the doctors said she might never do it might seem trivial to most people but she as achieved way beyond what specialised said she might never do and we are so proud of her.Wheelchair accessibility: The place as got plenty of wheelchair parking bays and easy to get in and out of McDonald's it also as a disabled toilet and was very clean.

Ordered on app for parking spot directly outside main doors(disabled bay). After a longer than usual wait the staff member came outside,looked at the clearly marked bay,walked around the carpark and went back in restaurant. Had to go in and ask for it and was told they couldn't find the parking bay it was ordered for. Food also wasn't up to usual standard either. Must try harder next time.
