Hi I went to Morrisons on Friday 24/03/2023 at Guiseley for the week's shopping . What an amazing Experience. Thank you to all the staff they could not do enough for us. A big Thank you especially to Victoria & Suleman who enthusiastically answered our Questions about the personalised money of coupons. Why shop anywhere else she you all next week.

The bacon butty was ok but the coffee you serve as a Flat White isn’t a Flat White.“A flat white is a coffee drink consisting of espresso with microfoam (steamed milk with small, fine bubbles and a glossy or velvety consistency). It is comparable to a latte, but smaller in volume and with less microfoam, therefore having a higher proportion of coffee to milk, and milk that is more velvety in consistency – allowing the espresso to dominate the flavour, while being supported by the milk.”

We visited a Morrisons Store Cafe for the first time in 2 or 3 years today and found it so disappointing it's difficult to be accurate without sounding vindictive. But unfortunately it was truly awful. Firstly the order counter is unattended. You have to order on screen (or by QR code on the table). The process is not intuitive and customisation very difficult e.g. bacon crispy, one pot of tea but two cups. The table identification cards you're supposed to enter on the order are incomplete with several missing. Asking for assistance is difficult with too few staff seemingly run off there feet and not wanting to linger to answer questions. Unsurprisingly service was slow (over 15 minutes) and bizzarely an extra bacon and extra egg arrived on a separate plate. Food was luke warm, baked beans barely warm. Sausage quality not great. Tea didn't arrive at all and had to be requested after food was finished. All in all very poor, and a very bad reflection on the Morrison brand.

Today after i did my family shop I decided to treat my family to some lunch in the cafe in the Guiseley store. We ordered,2x large breakfasts1x sausage chips & beansThe issue's started straight away with the cutlery being dirty. The issue's kept coming when the food arrived. Size for starters the large breakfasts looked like they came from the kids menu they were that small. The chips were missing and had to wait and the beans were cold on my sons meal. As for the quality of the breakfasts well wow very poor. Hash browns missing bacon so undercooked it still had a pulse cold beans rubber eggs and cardboard toast and we paid over £20 for this. We told a member of staff and got a half arsed apology in return. The only item which was nice was the coffee but even that could of come in a bigger cup instead of a thimble. Overall very very disappointed and we won't be using any of your cafe's again.

The decaf coffee in both the barista and the cafe is disgraceful.Prior to the refurb, ground coffee was used and it was delicious- well worth the money. Now they have the pods instead and honestly it’s just hot salty water.I complained today and they made me another with TWO pods in.. no difference.

Disorganised, slow, under staffed service.Since my last review the service has improved though there is sometimes a long wait to be served at the till, still under staffed ! Food though is cooked well and tasty,9 mar 2022Had an all day brunch ok, but chips were lukewarm/ cold quite pricey now just for a small plate of food and a coffee.12 mar, self service apparently at brew in morrisons Guiseley, been waiting 10 mins to be served, appauling customer service with customers left waiting. Apparently they cannot organise cover for a colleague then the staff that actually turned could not work the coffee machine !!! To add insult to injury, an espresso is not a large cup of hot water with coffee in, even if it is free, an utter shambles.Having visited both the cafe and brew in Guiseley morisons, the above issues appear to have been resolved and good service is now available, there still is an obvious under staffing issue in the main cafe but at least the food was delivered timely and hot.

I have ordered food before, it was only the once. The food wasn’t great to be honest. I ordered the full English breakfast. It made me feel as though the food was the cheapest in store, as it wasn’t really enjoyable. For what you get, the prices are very high. This is not reflected by the current rise in costs, as when I ordered the food, it was mid 2021. This seems to be quite common across Morrisons stores. Although the obviousness is not going in with your most expensive brands, you would still expect quality & something that competes with smaller competitors. On todays occasion, I just ordered a black coffee. It was the weakest coffee I have ever tasted. I spoke to the guy who served me, he apologised, telling me that people usually say it’s too strong!? He was very polite & kindly offered to make me a fresh stronger one.

Called at 07;15 for a big breakfast, had to stand and wait 5 minutes in a totally empty cafe awaiting to be served a pot of tea, eventually some one appeared. My breakfast arrived and I started to eat it then realised there was no fried egg on the plate, once again I couldn’t find anyone to raise this to so finished and left still seeing no one feeling robbed. I won’t be back, the breakfast isn’t what it used to be.

Shocking, I had a baked potato with “crunchy” tuna which was literally a slop, good job it was only about a teaspoon of the so called crunchy tuna. Vile. Husband wanted fish n chips but they had run out (11.30 am ) so had an unappealing beef burger, no drinks left apart from water, I know it was cheap at £11 but really not worth it, will not be returning it’s defo gone downhill.

Since swapping to the pods for decaf it has been undrinkable. Such a shame as I was a regular customer. Each time I go to the cafe for vegan food- They have ran out. Despite having three or four options on the menu.
