Great experience at Nando’s.The girl who took our order even said she would help us download the Nando’s app. While we ate our meal she was cooking on the grill and plating up food so we thought she wouldn’t remember but as we finished our meal she appeared at our table and did it for us! We asked her name and it was Leeanne. She was so friendly professional and helpful.Great customer service!

i walked into nando’s, there was nobody to come and help me and they all avoided eye contact two minutes later a worker came up to me and told me to wait outside, we were then waiting for over 40 minutes just for a table of three. the workers were then rude and ignored our needs. won’t be coming

We go to other Nandos in Leeds but on this occasion we went to Trinity one which I haven’t been to in a while. Matt and the staff were great and the food was served exactly as requested. Will definitely be back soon, thank you!
