Very poor food and customer service. Our pizzas were burnt and the carbonara pasta was so stuck together it could not be separated. Initially the owner offered another meal free of charge, or a full refund. I opted for a refund, and 3 weeks later after numerous sporadic texts I am still waiting.

I have been numerous times to Napoli Nel Cuore during the last year. We've started to gather again this January with our friends at this nice place. I would like to thank to all staff for fantastic food, atmosphere and professionalism. Huge thanks goes to the best pizza chef Pavel and the restaurant manager Denise.Pavel is an outstanding pizzaiolo and cooks the magic pizza.We travelled a lot around the world and Italy, but it is difficult to find as good pizza as this one! It's absolutely superb.Big thanks goes to the restaurant manager Denise who always makes us feel special and welcomed.Full recommendation to everybody who wants to enjoy family atmosphere in this unique Mediterranean setting.Parking: There is ample of parking at the back of therestaurantWheelchair accessibility: Excellent wheelchair accessibility.

What a place! As soon as you walk through the door you get the warmest of welcomes from the amazing staff! Good old fashioned proper Italian food at its best! Can’t beat this place!

Great family meal out only problem were some of the pizzas a little sloppy in the middle but quickly rectified by the staff. Staff were very attentive as we were a large group definitely will return the food was lovely

Lovely food, cheerful staff, nice atmosphere, quirky entertainment, poor cocktails. Entertainment was pretty odd but also quite fun - think phoenix nights ?

Food can be hit and miss, but it's more hit, and at the best of times it has been fantastic. But what I really like is the family friendly atmosphere, the lovely owner, and the staff. Nice place to unwind. Pizzas definitely a winner and pasta dishes tend to be quite good. Antipasti and salads good too. Be prepared to use your best Italian when ordering though or your accent might order you the wrong thing. That's the kind of problem I'm perfectly ok with at an Italian restaurant :-)Kid-friendliness: One of the most (perhaps the most?) kid and group-friendly places in HorsforthWheelchair accessibility: Ramp entry, plenty of space inside so very accomodating
