We both got the grilled cheese sando and chips with some green sauce. It was amazing would definitely recommend. Loved the green sauce. Probably could have got by with a portion of chips between us as I was stuffed after.

We had the summer small plates menu. All of the food was excellent, with the tuna and the butterbeans really standing out. Owt also has a wonderful atmosphere.

I’ve been to Owt a few times and always been impressed, but the most recent visit blew me away in terms of food quality. I had the burrata with tomato salad and bread and haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since! Simple food but done absolutely impeccably. This is becoming one of my favourite lunch spots in Leeds and is well worth a visit.

My friend and I both had Fried chicken noodle salad for lunch.It was presented well & it was delicious.We were so impressed..My friend had a French toast desert with fresh strawberries and cream,which she said was fantastic.The waitress was so pleasant and helpful.

I’ve been meaning to do a review of Owt for ages! My partner and I have been quite a few times over the years, starting when it based in Kirkgate market. We love it, the food is always bang on, fresh and tasty. The French co-owner (I forget your name, I’m sorry!) married to the chef is just lovely, and makes us feel like friends when we visit. I love the way the chef incorporates salsa verde on every menu change, he’s nailed his recipe and it lifts everything up to the next level. My personal favourite is the bhaji ‘burger’ on sour dough, it blows me away how good that is! The last time we were there, the owners were mulling over moving away from leeds to do rising costs etc, but I really hope they stay!if you’re reading this and you haven’t been yet, go now before it’s too late!

My sister loved her fried tofu baguette and my GF fried chicken ranch salad was incredible.Finally got to try the chicken and it was the best fried chicken in leeds hands down.They have plenty of veggie and vegan options too on their seasonal menus. Always recommend no matter which menu though.Even their drinks selection is top tier. Had some of their amazing wine previously but this time just had a cloudy apple juice which was so nice. Not your averages juices and smoothies!They’re always so fab and lovely, giving the best service too. Obviously the interior is stunning and it’s such a lovely spot to eat even on a boiling summers day!Support your local independents!Vegetarian options: Loads of veggie and vegan options.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan available.

Lovely place, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and service is fast. I had the shakshouka which was delicious and a good portion. The coffee is only filter, so no choices but it was decent. The prices were reasonable. I will definitely go there again.
