Website said it was out for delivery after 30 minutes. We called after an hour and they said it was 'on the way'. We called another hour later and they told us it wasn't even started and they were going to refund us. We waited two hours for no food and a refund.

By far the worst Papa Johns in Leeds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH! As your order will not only arrive an hour later but they will also be missing items and then management will argue that they can't find the order placed online. This branch has now left me out of pocket £23.

Spent the weekend away in Leeds and thought on the Friday we would treat ourselves to Pizza. I was shocked to believe it was not Friday 13th or April fools with the shockingly bad level of service we received. We usually like to call our order in as there are a couple of allergies we need to cater for and just wanted to check. Well there was no point in this as the person down the phone clearly did not want to be there (maybe they were about to hand their notice in). Each response we got was rude and made us to feel inferior in every way.To top the whole experience off the pizza was over 45 mins late and when it arrived the box was so full of grease the pizza was completely inedible. We tried a bite and gave up. Not sure what the staff are doing there and appreciate it was a busy time but there is no need for this at all. No quality checks, no nothing. The only saving grace was the delivery driver at least smiled.We tried to call and complain but obviously got the same person as before as we were met with a brick wall and treated like we were the ones in the wrong.Other Papa Johns branches I have ordered from there has never been a problem so it is clear it has something to do with the staff at this branch!

ordered online on the weekend. arrived 90 minute after ordering and this was 60 minute after the tracking said "cutting and checking". store took 25 minutes to answer the phone and told me was very busy but my order was on the way now. took a further 25 minutes even though we are less than 10 minutes from the store.contacted papa johns. their response was tough sh1t that you received lousy cold food so here's a pizza (we ordered 2 pizzas and sides) as goodwill. for something so poor we should have received a refund

Worst service I've ever had. Avoid at all costs. I called to ask a question because I have dietry restrictions and their response was so rude and they wouldn't give me an answer so I ended up not being able to eat there at all! They have zero regard for their customers.

I have just had to wait 10 days for confirmation on my money back on an order that was not delivered and it could still take 5 more days. The service I recieved was disgusting. The store did not deliver my food because the driver could not press a buzzer. What is a joke, i called the store who were no help at all, not understanding and just hung up on me. I spent £30 for me and my family and had to wait nearly 14 days by the time my money is back in my account is really not ok. Then an email that says sorry is not enough, more should have been done to put this right, its clear pappa John's do not care about customer service. I will be telling everyone about my experience.

The opening hour is wrong on Sunday.We went to this restaurant this afternoon but it closed.And the Google map show it was opening,it's totally a mistake and hope the app can update in time?

We order by app and get delivery. They are always super quick and efficient. Pizza is how we like. 5stars.

Always friendly and helpful, we order online and collect and they are always super quick and efficient. The few times items have been wrong aswell they've either realised before we have or they rectify them straight away. Parking is tricky but you can usually find a spot somewhere and walk down

I haven’t ordered for a few months, but whenever I have it’s been delicious. We order via the website for delivery. I removed stars because papa johns keep messing with their dips. The pizza and chicken are nothing without their dips. They no longer have Frank’s sauces, they replaced them with own brand and their disgusting, so vinegary and thin. The special garlic dip was my favourite and they’ve ruined it. I haven’t ordered since then.

Cold pizza arrived after a long wait . reported to store, was told someone would call back. They didn’t. I then had to call again to be greeted by someone who didn’t give a monkeys, couldn’t even muster an apology, bad customer service , cold pizza AVOID
