Great place, fantastic pies, fast and polite service. If you're in Leeds, it's definitely worth a visit.

Une belle découverte ! Les tourtes sont excellente et qualitatives et propose des saveurs variées et nouvelles.

They overcooked the tenderstem but undercooked the peas. Not sure how that happens! The mash was harder on the outside like it had been sat for hours. The pies were decent though, nice fillings, just a little overdone. And the staff were very friendly.I definitely won't go back again, but it was nice to give it a go!Vegetarian options: There are a good number of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. I had the "this isn't" pie, but there were plenty of other options too

Arrived late on a Sunday and welcomed in. Was informed of the wait on food which was only 20mins. Friend is gluten free, separate menu and explained by friendly staff. Food arrived very warm and tasted great. Would highly recommend.

I called here on a Saturday late afternoon. It was pretty quiet. I was looking forward to the food because I've never tried Pieminister before.Quick summary: basically the wrong food was announced to us and me and my friend ended up eating each other's food. The server staff tried to be really attentive and friendly though.Nobody came to check if our meal was ok at all. We didn't complain though because we ended up liking the food we got served. The service from who I believed to me the manager though was so poor. No ask of how our experience was. I had to get up to leave for the door to pay. He slammed the card machine down In front of me and went to clear a table before I had even tapped my card. For all he knew I might not have paid then left. So I didn't get my receipt or anything or a thank you or anything. So disappointed for a £40 bill. This experience will deffo put me off going back to this specific site but I would visit another venue again, food was good to be fair.

Went tonight for dinner (I'm from down south) and loved it, had been before but years ago, what's not to like? Good food, good prices and lovely staff, even when busy they are able to sort a table and get your orders sorted in good time. Lovely place and highly recommended ???

Not a great first experience, waited at the door staff kept walking past us on the 4th pass, someone advised will be with us, waited a while for the food to arrive but was kept entertained as a male staff member was complaining about “someone in retail thinks she my boss” and had a bit of a rant, when the meal was served the mash was nice, pie was luke warm, peas were cold, used the gravy just to warm the food up, considering the food is just heated up upon serving (which we kinda guessed) was pretty disappointing overall not again ????

Could do with some extra staff as the waitress was rushed off her feet. Still great service and good food that isn't expensive.

We don’t manage to actually eat here so can’t in all good conscience give less that 3 stars - maybe the food is amazing. I hope so because the service isn’t.We arrived, group of 6 at 11.45am and had a look at the menu in the window. Great selection for all of us including one vegan and two veggies.Saw that the popping time was 12pm and as there was a fella sitting in the window finishing up some opening prep, we didn’t want him to feel like he was in a goldfish bowl, so we went into the vintage shop next door. Great place, lovely guy, fab way to spend 15 minutes and some money - Highly recommend!Headed back over to the restaurant and there were 6 people waiting for doors to open so we waited with them. They went in first and were seated. We went in and one of our party asked for a table of six (I was just outside the door) and heard the fella bellow “YOU’LL HAVE A LONG, LONG WAIT!” but didn’t catch the rest. Before I knew what was happening my friends were coming back outside. I’d assumed that they were expecting to be full with pre-bookings. But no. Apparently they already had 6 people in the empty restaurant and the kitchen wouldn’t cope with 6 more! I thought she was kidding but he’d bellowed it with full sincerity. This also meant that we ended up eating in the abysmal Reds Barbecue across the street so I’m feeling pretty resentful about that.Later that evening we were in Manchester and someone on the car pointed out another branch of Pie Minister and everyone yelled “YOU’LL HAVE A LONG, LONG WAIT” so thanks for the fun memory I suppose.

Absolutely gorgeous meal. I went for the chicken, bacon and thyme. All members of the team were extremely friendly. Will definitely visit again.

The roasted beef pie was heavenly. The waiter was so sympathetic that the good energy he has spread urged us to order more.
