Someone needs to explain what 24-hours means as I've been there on more than one occasion now and having been told the place is closed

Rudiest inmannered customer service ever I received on 29th November 2020 at 5pm. Hes sooo rude and sooo slow. Took him 5mins to authorise pump then took his time to serve me and then i said I wanted to pay on card and took him ages to put it through. I said thanks and he ignored me!!

Clean forecourt, excellent shop, polite service, high-quality lubricants, loyalty scheme. Sure, it's probably cheaper elsewhere, but I like it.

Needed fuel at 1am on 08/12/16 and the attendant must have been sleeping as we had to wait 15mins before he came to the window to allow the fuel to pump! We banged on the window numerous times then ended up having to bray the horn..... At 1am! Not something I would appreciate if I lived near by! He then refused to give us his name as he was not wearing a badge!
