We have had the pleasure of this takeaway for many years,it is of a high quality,and consistency,the staff are really nice,hong is especially funny and a pleasure to interact with,all work very hard, it is v popular for good reason,i really dont like going anywhere else,it matches restaurant grades and even better,i have recommended silver vase to friends n family ,keep up your great standards.

Shocking experience. We ordered all vegetarian food including wantons. We are all vegetarian in our family. We came back to eat the food and my husband bit into a wanton that was chicken. There was no debate about it, it stank of meat and looked different to the other veggie ones. When he called the takeaway his experience was atrocious. He was told 'mistakes happen' and was offered no form of apology or compensation. I then emailed them and they have not even bothered to reply. This is a very serious 'mistake'. Luckily my husband was less distressed than if it would have been me that ate it. I'm still trying to figure out ways to ensure people are aware of their shoddy 'mistakes' and customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

another beautiful takeaway from silver vase. the food is delicious and a good portion too. definitely a place to go when you are hungry as the portions are lovely and generous. the staff are helpful and friendly. thank you.

It’s decent Chinese food but it could be better. We’d heard lots of hype about the place but I’m not sure it lives up to that. It’s local to us so I’m sure we’ll continue visiting. Don’t make our mistake too and get the crispy noodles - they are basically just dry uncooked noodles. Never seen them come in such form before!

What can I say other than…wow, wow, wow!We had forgotten about this place, and have since Lockdown we’ve gone to so many different places seeking a good chines take out with no avail! Well that is until now. It happens to be the tastiest meal we’ve had ever from a Chinese.Honestly blew us away and couldn’t fault any of it. We ordered ribs, chicken satay, fried rice and chips. And now we can’t wait to order many more things from your menu ?It’s not often i, phone a takeaway after eating a meal or leave a review (my bad) however I couldn’t not with this because you’ve really brought our experience back to life. Thanks again guys ?
