They make the best iced matcha lattes. The food is like at any other Starbucks. The service is super super nice and welcoming. The cafe itself has a lot of seating options downstairs and upstairs but it’s always quite cold (November)Vegetarian options: There are some options especially the baked goodDietary restrictions: Lots of options for milk and some veggie snacks

Very poor show from this Starbucks on a Saturday 10:30 morning with one barista making coffee and another barista just taking orders causing a huge backlog. Very unorganized. Barista making coffee has no help or support from other staff causing big delays. Had to wait nearly 20 min for a single take away coffee. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience at Starbucks today. The coffee was delicious, and the barista was friendly and efficient. The cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot to catch up with a friend. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the prices are on the higher side. But, overall, a solid four-star coffee shop!

Can get busy at times. Nice place where to stop for breakfast. Friendly staff members, one star less because I heard one staff member telling off another one in front of me. I’m not sure if she was a manager or just a colleague but very not respectful to tell off anyone in front of customers.

Always get my morning coffee from here, never had a bad coffee or experience. Jazz is such a lovely person, I don’t even know her and she manages to make my morning a bit better every time!
Fairly average coffee shop, comfy sofas upstairs, but air conditioning not working, so quite uncomfortable. Toilets a farce to access as a code is required to use them. Not the best.

The coffee was very good. Starbucks standard. Staff were friendly too! On the other hand the app was not working so I waited more than 10 minutes for a coffee and on the second floor it was super hot to the point where it was difficult to get comfortable and enjoy some time there

We go to this Starbucks to get us out of the house and to have a chat with people. Some people live alone and don’t see a single person all day and they like to go to these places to connect with the outside world and have a friendly chat.But this Starbucks threaten to fire their staff for engaging in conversation with their customers. It’s outrageous that they fear being fired for chatting to their regular, loyal, customers.They even get watched on camera. If they’re not smiling like a Cheshire Cat they get reprimanded. The atmosphere isn’t good in there. The Manager needs to remember that customers are valued and they’d be in a sorry way if people went elsewhere ?

I’ve noticed a few times Jazz has had a bad attitude with me and other customers and likes to try and boss people around. She once yelled at me to leave her alone and let her do her job because she knew what she was doing! I think she needs to change her attitude because she comes across defensive and unengaging.
