Mediocre coffee, small chocolate brownie, no atmosphere, half arsed service. Not planning to go again. Will seek out an independent coffee shop like North Star at Leeds Dock, which is brilliant.

No real place to sit, coffee and food standard for starbucks, staff seemed nice, just bad design and atmosphere. Go to Nero over the road.
Love starbucks, always in for my morning coffee. I'm not much of a morning food person, so I can't really add stars for something I've not had! But I would recommend the caramel macchiatos with extra shots ? .

I ordered a cookies and cream Frappuccino and it’s usually my go to on a hot day. Unfortunately what I received was a really pale looking drink with no sauce or even the chocolate sprinkle things… which made me worry about the quality of the drink but as a shy person I accepted my fate. Usually the Frappuccino is much darker than this and my fears became a reality when I took a sip and the drink just tasted like cream and milk. It was an expensive milk I paid for so I don’t recommend ordering the Cookies and Cream Frappuccino from this particular Starbucks.The staff seemed like they were very bored and were not particularly friendly or unfriendly, just very indifferent.Photos include the one I got today versus and cookies and cream frapp that I bought another time from the Starbucks at the train station! A stark difference!
