“Loved my stay at Malmaison. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was perfect, clean and had everything I needed. I did not have an evening meal, but breakfast was amazing with so much choice and a super selection of hot food cooked to order. The breakfast staff are attentive and are keen to ensure you enjoy your meal. I can not single one member of staff out. It has been perfect from start to finish. Next time I am in Leeds, I will be staying here ?”

“Came here with my partner for a nice evening out, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated with an amazing ambience. We were served by a lovely young lady called Kitty, whose service was exemplary and always had a smile. We started with the Camembert to share, and it was truly delectable and perfect to start off the evening. We proceeded with steaks for our mains, a rump steak with mac and cheese for my partner and sirloin steak with the skinny fries for myself. Well! They were resplendent and cooked to perfection. It wasn't long before the plates were cleared. My only concern was the piano player who was very talented. He just happened to sing too loud. As my partner is deaf in one ear, Kitty our server had to communicate with me alone, and I then relayed the information to his good ear. While she was extremely apologetic for the singing and continued to apologise every time she came to the table as she felt my partner was being left out due to only communicating with me she couldn't have been more diligent in her duties. Shout out to a truly lovely lady. This place is definitely worth a visit but can be on the pricier side of things. All in all, a lovely place to spend an evening but the piano doesn't need singing with it. The music alone is enough to set the tone.”
