We always get the same when go come here ( tuna foot long ) today we went and asked for the same all salad on it, tuna cheese and toasted but when I took a bite I noticed there’s no tuna or cheese in my sub! Only salad and sauce. When I asked the lady she got my order wrong she says it’s not her fault and she can’t do anything about it, what a waste of money absolutely ridiculous. She lied and said that’s what I ordered like I don’t know what my order is. Dont know her name but I know her face!

My 12 year old son has visited this Subway branch every Saturday for over a year. He loves Subway and this branch is conveniently located for a well deserved treat after football training. The branch used to be excellent but, slowly, greed has overtaken customer services. It started with signs going up announcing that they don't participate in Subway promotions. When the menu changed and my sons favourite sub was removed, there was zero flexibility (other Subways continued to make it for him). As he got more confident he started to ask if he could go in store and order his sub himself, whilst I waited outside. Again, all started well. Friendly, polite, ordered, points collected, all good. The first couple of times he tried to use his points to claim his free sub their "systems weren't working" and so he had to pay. Last week it was "sorry, you have to be over 18 to claim your points". There is alway an excuse. I went in to speak to them and was told if I'd been with him, he could have used his points. It is "policy". Despite happily giving him the points every week for months previous, knowing they would never let him redeem them. They got their policy folder out and shoved it under his nose, stabbing their finger at "the rules". Poor kid was embarrassed in front of other customers and told he had to pay. No thought to tell him that, if he came to get me, they would except the points. It's a sandwich for goodness sake. The kid comes in every single week! Just give him the free sandwich. Unbelievably poor customer experience.

I had asked about their offer but they said they did not do the footlong offer for £4.99 so was not happy but everything else was excellent - very good service and the food was good too.

Fridge lid open at all times when it supposed to be kept in controlled 3degree temperature, we popped in at 4pm, all the meat was greasy and slimy already cause it’s afront of baking oven with open fridge lid, reported to FoodStandardAgency, shocking standard that with 3 girls behind counter doing absolutely nothing on Sunday 7.01.24

I am disgraced that Subway have a car parking company issuing parking tickets extremely aggressively outside the shop.Early morning before the shop was open I dropped my wife off on the street. I pulled on to the space, she climbed out and drove off.I have appealed the decision which has been declined. So I have been fined £100 for 90 seconds.It is disgusting that companies like this are contributing to our local community in such an aggressive negative capacity. I am appalled and will boy-cot the brand, which I was a regular customer.

Me and Mrs decided to grab sandwiches for lunch and stopped at this branch.When we entered, Yogi was sat having his meal. We waited for him so he could finish his food.Once finished, he got up and without washing his hands he started serving us.Apparently they have their own store policy which he was unable to produce for us to see regarding reward points.We ordered 6 sandwiches in which 3 we wanted to claim our rewards with. There was nothing mentioned on the subway application that we can only claim one sandwich. But Yogi argued that we can only claim 1 6" sandwich and not 3. We had to leave everything and walk out.It was very embarrassing and his tone was very high when he spoke to me.Never we are never going back to this store and I would suggest avoiding it as well. There are plenty of other subways where you can get your food without embarrassment.

It appears this branch has been taken over by a new owner. I was previously a regular but not anymore. This branch is extremely stringent with the sandwich fillings, now does not participate in any of the promotions and also is very rude. I witnessed a young boy in front of me in the queue being told he can’t have his sandwich cut in half with salad on one side and plain in the other. Never seen this to be an issue. They also said a large number of usual salad ingredients ‘weren’t available’. Coincidentally those ingredients were the ones that typically cost more and therefore the sandwich was of much less value without those additions. I would not recommend visiting this branch of Subway.

Lady was very rude. Had airpod on and doesn't know anything about customer service. Ordered tuna sub was burnt, bread was hard and went straight into the bin. Place was dirty rubbish on tables and floor not worth 1 star will never visit here again

Ever since this franchise changed hands the food appears to taste off as if they have kept the lettuce and cheese way past its use by date. The cheese when toasted tastes off and so does the salad

Called this evening for tea,nobody in, 2 ladies behind counter chatting, place was filthy, everg table was dirty with left over food and drinks,food on the floor. I asked for my food,they looked at me as to why was I interrupting them.havnt been for ages,obviously won't be going back anytime soon. Get it cleaned up and better customer service
