Worst Subway I have ever been to, since the refurb and the new staff this subway has dropped so much. Previous staff were friendly and caring to locals. New staff are tight and rude and extremely slow. Also suspected scamming going on as subway points are recognized. The portion sizes are so small it’s ridiculous. They then charge you double for extras. Joke of a place since staff has changed. Used to see locals in here all time who were looked after by staff. Don’t see that anymore - it’s sad.

Like the last reviewer, would give 0 stars if I could. Since they’ve been taken over the staff are awful - arrogant and rude with zero customer service skills. Really small portions, hardly any cheese, hardly any salad and they halved a 6 inch for a kids portion and it was tiny. The cupped drinks they give with a meal deal too are literally a kids size. Disgusting and greedy. Wont be returning and I suggest anyone else that wants a decent standard doesn’t bother either. Also, points scanner wasn’t working and the receipt was missing the code so clearly a scam.

Floor dirty, table dirty. Staff did come out to clean, but only after requested. The new menu is confusing, You can't have the ham and turkey sandwich, but you can have a ham sandwich with turkey or a turkey sandwich with ham??????

Staff that where on shift where to busy gossiping to serve waiting took them 45 mins to serve 4 people. Then they get the order wrong and charge incorrect amount. I like subway but this branch is not very good been a few times to gove benefit of the doubt but always bad. Service is always shocking, staff rather chat then work, shop is always dirty. Just over all not a nice place. Staff need retraining and to learn some customer serve skills

Went for a meal deal around 7pm and asked for Gluten free bread bmt. The staff serving to me changed the gloves immediately without asking. A thumbs up here. The communication during the sandwich preparation was clear, efficient, and pleasant. Sandwich was fresh and tasty.

Cant fault the food but the staff are an absolute joke. It seems like they’re all away with the fairies as they just completely ignore you for ages before serving you. There doesn’t even have to be a queue, it’ll be quiet and they’ll still act like they haven’t seen you. Defeats the name “fast food” when they all work extremely slow.

The sandwich I ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. They had a wide variety of meat and salad options to choose from.My visit on the 19th around 1 pm was a bit challenging due to shortage of staff. Despite being in the middle of their busiest hours, there were only three staff members on duty. I found it surprising that only one staff member was serving the customers while the other two were busy preparing online orders and not helping in serving instore customers. In my opinion, it should have been the opposite.The sandwich artist who was serving the customers remained remarkably composed, polite and efficient. Her cheerful behavior made the whole experience more pleasant despite the staffing issues.
