I like Subway just not so much from this one, the food takes a while which I'm not really fussed about but then there's items that need replacing, or you'll get the completely wrong thing or things missing. It just seems a little daft to get such small orders wrong. The food is generally cold too. The sandwich tonight was a mess too, it was like all the ingredients had being thrown into the wrapper and it was turned into a make it yourself kit.

When I walked in noticed How clean it was, friendly staff who were very speedy, been to other subways who are not so clean so I was pleasantly surprised, Defo will be going back!

Been here a few times, staff are friendly, salad counter doesn't look messy. Also this Subway is cleaner than some of the others.

Ordered from this place a few times, each time there always seems to be a problem with the order, whether there’s things missing or time taken is ridiculously slow. I’ve ordered salads and received little to no lettuce or today my order took almost an hour to be prepared and sent to me

I ordered from this location through just eat, not only did they get my order wrong but when I called to raise the issue to them I heard one of the workers take the mick out of my order and was just overall quite rude. I work in hospitality myself so I know what its like but there was no need for the level of disrespect that I received.

Ordered some subs and cookies for collection - when I arrived, I was just pointed towards a table where our food had been dumped in a bag. On getting home, the cookies were the wrong type and had been exchanged without our knowledge. The veggie meatball sub was dry and flavourless. When I phoned the store and explained that my wife could not eat the cookies we had been given, I was repeatedly told that it was because I hadn’t spoken to a specific person when collecting the food and if I had, I would have been informed of the change. I told the rep that this was a ridiculous statement but she would not offer a refund or let me have her name so I could speak to the manager the next day. My wife contacted subway online but again, they would not offer a refund.

Absolute clown show, the quality of the steak and is appalling, the food in general just doesn't taste fresh at all. Do not get delivery as items are always missing and food is always cold like its been sitting there for an hour.

Not a good subway. I have visited this place twice and on both occasions the service was very slow. It was so slow that I was able to go next door to tescos and grab my self some lunch. When I went back passed the shop the people that were being served when I originally queued were only just sitting down. The que had barely moved. I had been standing in the que for around 5-8 mins. So I don't know how long the people that were being served had been in there for. The woman that was doing the serving was moving at a snails pace. Another guy did come out from the back and he moved very fast but he was to busy doing the online orders that had just come through.

Only one member of staff working, air-conditioning unit was p1ssing all over the floor and there was some scruffy-looking weirdo in the corner, who had to engage in conversation with every customer that entered the store. Dirty.
